Hayat Gate reports

gate.hayaterp.com ↗

The Hayat Gate dashboard and reports — today's entries, exits, denied, alerts and revenue; traffic by hour and day, peak occupancy, parking revenue by method, top visitors and hosts, blacklist hits and response time, guard actions, gate PC uptime, anomalies; the event log with filters; Hayat Reports datasets; and the read-only client view for security companies.

The dashboard

The first screen of gate.hayaterp.com shows, for one site or all of them: today's entries, exits, denied and alerts, today's parking revenue, the cars inside now, open alerts, each gate PC's status and the latest reads.

Reports

Reports — pick the site and dates (the last 7 days by default):

Report Shows Use it to
Traffic Entries and exits by hour of the day and by day, with denied reads and alerts Plan guard shifts; see the morning and evening rush
Occupancy Peak cars inside per day, the time of the peak and the % of capacity Know when floors fill up; plan more spaces
Revenue Parking fees, lost-ticket penalties and monthly passes invoiced, by day, payment method, kind and site Check the cashier's cash; compare sites
Top visitors The plates seen most often and the hosts with the most visitor passes Spot regular visitors who should be registered
Blacklist hits Hits by plate, how many minutes until a guard responded, unresolved alerts Check the guards react fast
Guard actions Per person: manual entries, barrier openings, alerts acknowledged and resolved, payments taken and cash collected Review who opened barriers by hand, and why
Device uptime Each gate PC's online % (based on a heartbeat every 30 seconds), last contact and version Find PCs with power or internet trouble
Anomalies Stays flagged exit without entry, entry without exit, overstay, by kind, with the latest Find tailgating, cameras missing cars, the emergency gate left open

The event log

Events lists every read with its photo. Filter by date, plate (part of it), decision (allowed, denied, alert, pay), lane, in / out, source (gate agent, Hikvision, Dahua, manual) and manual only. Open a read for the large photos, the plate as read and as corrected, the confidence, whether Hayat AI helped, and the guard's note.

Photos are deleted after the retention period (Privacy); the text of the log stays.

Payments

Payments lists every parking receipt with the total and a breakdown by method (cash, card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank) — the cashier's end-of-shift check. Reprint any receipt from its row.

Your own reports in Hayat Reports

Hayat Reports has three Hayat Gate datasets to build your own charts and dashboards:

  • Gate events — every read by date, hour, weekday, site, lane, zone, direction, decision, source, kind, AI used, manual, blacklisted.
  • Gate sessions — every stay with dwell time, vehicle class, paid, fee, anomalies.
  • Parking revenue — every payment by date, hour, site, method, cashier and receipt (needs gate.manage or gate.cashier).

Ideas: a TV dashboard in the security office, a weekly email of revenue to the mall management, a monthly occupancy trend for the society committee.

Client view (security companies)

A security company can give each client a read-only view of their own sites, with no Hayat sign-in.

  1. Clients → Invite: the Client name, Email and Phone, the Sites they may see, how long the link works (365 days by default), and whether to show full plates (otherwise plates are partly hidden).
  2. Send by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  3. The client opens the link and sees, per site: today's entries, exits, denied and blacklist hits, open alerts, occupancy, the event log and the traffic report. No photos, no names, no phone numbers.

Resend sends the link again; Revoke stops it at once — for example when the contract ends. The list shows when each client last looked.
