Hayat Health — your health record and your doctor

health.hayaterp.com ↗

Hayat Health at health.hayaterp.com and in the Hayat Health app keeps your lab reports, blood pressure, sugar and other readings in one private record, reads your reports into values, watches your readings and tells your doctor when something changes. It does not diagnose or prescribe — a doctor reviews everything. Who it is for, how it works, safety, and where to start for patients, doctors and the Hayat team.

Hayat Health is a private health record you carry on your phone. You upload your lab reports (a PDF or a photo), and Hayat reads the values into a clear list. Your blood pressure monitor, glucometer, watch or phone sends your readings in by itself, or you type them. Hayat watches the readings, warns you when one is dangerous, and tells the doctors you choose, who can call you, message you, ask for another reading or change your treatment.

Who it is for

You are Hayat Health gives you
A patient — or a family member looking after one Your reports and readings in one place, charts over months, plain explanations in English or Urdu, alerts, messages with your doctor, your prescriptions and refill dates. Free sign-in with your mobile number.
A doctor in a hospital or clinic that uses Hayat Your consenting patients' readings and reports, an alerts inbox, risk flags with the reasons behind them, medicine suggestions with safety checks, and prescriptions — inside your usual Hayat sign-in.
An independent doctor The same, at health.hayaterp.com after your PMDC registration is verified.
A hospital using Hayat's Hospital workspace Lab results, visit summaries and prescriptions sent to the patient's Hayat Health record when the patient links your hospital and agrees.

How it works

  1. Records come in: you upload a report; a linked Hayat hospital sends its lab results; your devices send readings; or you type them.
  2. You confirm values read from a report before they are saved — nothing is used until you (or your doctor) confirm it.
  3. Hayat watches every new reading against safe limits — the usual medical limits, or the ones your doctor set for you — and against your own normal pattern.
  4. Alerts go to you and to every doctor you share your readings with. A critical reading also shows the 1122 emergency message to you at once.
  5. Your doctor reviews: risk flags (for example possible diabetes from two high HbA1c results), suggestions for generic medicines with safety checks, and prescriptions. You see what the doctor shares and approves.

Your data stays yours

  • Everything about your health — values, conditions, medicines, notes — and your CNIC, phone and date of birth are stored encrypted.
  • A doctor or hospital sees your record only if you give them access, only the parts you choose, and only until the date you choose. You can stop it at once.
  • Every time anyone other than you opens your record, it is written in your access log, which you can read.
  • When Hayat AI reads a report or explains a value, your name, phone, CNIC, hospital number and date of birth are not sent — only the test values, your age band and sex.
  • Helping to improve Hayat's predictions with your data is off unless you switch it on, and you can switch it off again.
  • You can download everything or delete your account at any time.
