Hayat Land — plots, land records and rentals
hayaterp.com ↗Hayat Land is the opt-in Hayat ERP module for housing scheme developers, landlords with agricultural land, rental property managers and anyone who keeps land records and maps — plots, buyer files and installments, balloting and transfers, khewat / khasra records and intiqal, theka and batai, rent collection, GIS maps, documents and court cases. Hayat Land keeps everything about land and property in one place inside Hayat ERP: the plots of a housing scheme and every buyer's file with its installments, the khewat and khasra records of a landlord's estate, the flats and shops you rent out, and the maps, documents and court cases behind them. Money goes through the normal Sales invoices, receipts and journals of your business, so the accounts and customer balances are always the same as the rest of Hayat.

You can use one part or all four. A developer who also rents out a plaza uses Housing schemes and Rentals; a zamindar family uses Agricultural land and Maps & records.
Buyers and tenants get their own page
Every buyer file and every rent agreement has a private link (on my.hayaterp.com/land/…) you can send by SMS or WhatsApp. It shows the statement — paid, due, overdue, surcharge — and lets them pay online with your online payments. Tenants can also send a maintenance request from it. CNIC and phone numbers are shown only as their last 4 digits. The link is a random code, not a file number; you can make a new one at any time and the old one stops working.
Allotment letters carry a QR code: anyone who scans it sees whether the letter is genuine, the plot, the file and the owners' names (CNIC last 4 only).

Areas: marla, kanal, acre
Type an area in the unit you use — sq ft, sq yd, marla, kanal, acre or sq m — and Hayat shows it in the others too (e.g. 1 kanal 5 marla). The conversions are a setting for your business:

Set them once, before you add plots, in the Hayat Land settings (needs land.manage).
Before you start
- The module. Hayat Land is switched on for your business by the Hayat team (it starts off). Until then its screens say Hayat Land is not part of your subscription. Ask Hayat support.
- Accounts. Hayat Land adds its accounts to your chart by itself (advances from plot buyers, plot sales, surcharge, rental income, deposits held…). Check them with your accountant — see Reports and accounts.
- Online payments and SMS. For pay-online links set up online payments; for installment and rent reminders switch on the two Hayat Land reminders (installment due, rent due) in Marketing → Reminders and edit their text if you like.
Getting started in order
- Fill the settings: area units, revenue recognition, NDC validity, cancellation deduction, reminders.
- Developers: add the project, blocks and plots, the price lists and the payment plans.
- Add your dealers, then start booking files.
- Landlords: add the estate and its khewats.
- Rentals: add the properties, units and tenants.
- Draw or import the map and upload the key documents.
- Give each person a role with the right permission.
