Reports and accounts in Hayat Land
hayaterp.com ↗The 16 Hayat Land reports (defaulters, collection forecast, plot inventory, sales by dealer, collections, holding summary, owner shares, lease income, batai settlement, land revenue, rent roll, vacancy, arrears ageing, expiring agreements, income by property, hearings), the Hayat Reports datasets, the account codes Hayat Land adds to your chart and what posts where.
Hayat Land does not keep a ledger of its own: every bill is a Sales invoice, every payment a Sales receipt, and everything else a journal in your normal accounts. So the trial balance, customer ledgers and Sales reports already include it. The reports below add the land view.
The reports

Hayat Reports (self-service BI, see Hayat Reports) has three Hayat Land datasets for your own charts and dashboards: Land files (every due: paid, balance, overdue, surcharge, collected %), Land inventory (plots by status, sold %) and Land rent roll (rent and charges: invoiced, collected, arrears, collection %). They need land.view.
