Who uses which portal
The five Hayat web addresses, who signs in where, and the ready-made roles you can give your staff.

Each portal is a separate website, so a cashier's screen never shows the super-admin panel and a patient never sees the ERP.
Ready-made roles
When you add a user (Settings → Users) you choose a role. The role decides which menu items and buttons the person sees.

| Admin | Owner | Everything in their own company, including users and settings. |
| Branch Manager | Store manager | Branch and inventory dashboards, stock, purchasing, POS supervision, leave approval, reports. |
| Cashier | Till operator | Sell on the POS, open and close their shift. Discounts up to the limit you set. |
| POS Supervisor | Senior cashier | Approves voids, refunds and price changes at the till. |
| Accountant | Accounts team | Finance dashboard, journals, bank reconciliation, financial statements, tax. |
| Sales (CRM) | Sales staff | Leads, pipeline, activities, quotations and customers. |
| Support Agent | Customer service | Helpdesk tickets and replies. |
| Service Technician | Field engineer | Their service jobs and status updates. |

Demo company
Every screenshot and video in this manual uses Al-Noor Mart (Pvt) Ltd, a demo company with a supermarket, pharmacy, clothing, restaurant and salon tills, a CRM pipeline, helpdesk tickets and a small hospital. Your Hayat administrator can load the same demo into a new trial so you can practise safely.
