Your doctors and sharing

health.hayaterp.com ↗

For patients — give a doctor access to your Hayat Health record with their share code, choose what they see (reports, readings, predictions, medicines) and until when, link your Hayat hospital with your MR number, stop access at once, message your doctor, and see the findings and prescriptions your doctor shares with you, with refill reminders.

Your doctor sees your record only when you give access. You can give it to one doctor, to several, or to your whole hospital, and take it back at any time.

Give a doctor access

  1. Ask your doctor for their Hayat Health code (they find it in their Hayat Health account).
  2. Choose add a doctor and type the code. Check the name, specialty, city and clinic shown — and that they are marked verified.
  3. Tick what they may see: reports, readings, predictions, medicines (see consent). For a doctor treating your diabetes or BP, tick all four.
  4. Choose until when (one year by default).
  5. Save. Your doctor now sees you in their patient list, and gets your alerts if you ticked readings.

Change or stop: open the doctor in your list to change what they see or the end date, or stop access — it stops at once. Past entries stay in your access log.

If your hospital uses Hayat's Hospital workspace, link it once to get your lab results and prescriptions automatically.

  1. Choose link a hospital, search it by name and pick it.
  2. Type your MR number (on your hospital card or receipts). The hospital matches you by your mobile number and MR number.
  3. Keep import my results on to receive verified lab results, visit summaries and prescriptions.
  4. Optional: share with the hospital gives all of that hospital's Hayat Health doctors access, with the parts you tick — useful when you see different doctors there.

Unlink the hospital at any time: imports stop and any hospital-wide access is stopped too.

Messages

Write to a doctor who has access to your record, or answer a doctor's message. You get a notification for each new message. Messages are for non-urgent questions — my BP has been high since I started the new tablet — not for emergencies: call 1122.

Findings your doctor shares

Hayat looks for possible health risks in your values (for example possible diabetes from two high results). These go to your doctor first. You see a finding only when your doctor shares it with you, with their note — for example "Your sugar is in the prediabetes range; let's recheck in 3 months and start walking daily."

Ask for an explanation of a shared finding in English or Urdu. Everything carries a reminder that it is not a diagnosis on its own.

Conditions

Your record lists conditions your doctor confirmed (and those from your hospital). You can add your own — asthma since childhood — marked as self-reported, and remove the ones you added.

Prescriptions and refills

When your doctor approves a prescription, it appears in your record (with a notification): each generic medicine, strength, dose, how often, for how many days, and instructions. A Hayat hospital pharmacy can fill it.

Refills shows when each medicine runs out — refill soon a few days before — so you can get more in time or ask your doctor. Ongoing medicines show as ongoing.
