AI insights

AI insights has two tools:

• Demand forecast & reorder plan — uses the last 12 months of sales and the coming weeks to suggest what to order, how much and when, given the months of cover you want.
• Audit flags — entries auditors look for, each with the reason it was flagged: manual journals far larger than usual for that account, possible duplicate supplier bills (same supplier and total within 7 days), goods sold below cost, and invoices with discounts over 20%.
