Join Hayat Health as a doctor

health.hayaterp.com ↗

For doctors — two ways to use Hayat Health: as a doctor at a hospital or clinic that uses Hayat (permission health.doctor, your normal sign-in), or as an independent doctor at health.hayaterp.com with PMDC verification and your registration certificate. Your share code for patients, notification settings, and what you can and cannot see.

Hayat Health gives you your patients' readings, reports and alerts between visits, with risk flags and medicine suggestions to support — never replace — your judgement. You see a patient only after they give you access.

Two ways to join

You are How you sign in Who verifies you
A doctor at a hospital or clinic that uses Hayat Your usual Hayat ERP / Hospital sign-in Your hospital: its admin gives you the permission health.doctor
An independent doctor (own clinic, or a hospital not on Hayat) Your mobile number and an SMS code at health.hayaterp.com The Hayat team checks your PMDC registration

Hospital and clinic doctors

  1. Your hospital must have Hayat Health switched on (ask Hayat support; it is an opt-in module).
  2. Your hospital's admin adds health.doctor to your role (Settings → Roles). See Roles.
  3. Open Hayat Health with your normal sign-in. Your doctor profile is made the first time; fill your specialty and qualification.

Patients who link your hospital and choose share with the hospital appear for every health.doctor user of that hospital. Hayat Health alerts for your patients also appear in your Hayat notifications.

Independent doctors

  1. Open health.hayaterp.com, choose the doctor sign-in, type your mobile number and the SMS code.
  2. Register: name, PMDC number (e.g. 12345-P), specialty, qualification, city, clinic and email.
  3. Upload your PMDC registration certificate (PDF or photo, up to 10 MB).
  4. Your account is pending until the Hayat team checks your registration. You get an SMS when you are verified (or, if something does not match, rejected with the reason; correct it and ask again).

Until you are verified, patients cannot add you and you cannot open any record.

Your share code

Every doctor has a Hayat Health code. Give it to your patients — print it on your prescription pad or put it on the clinic wall. The patient types it in their app, sees your name, specialty, clinic and the verified mark, and chooses what to share with you and for how long (patients' side).

What you can see

For each patient you see only the parts they shared:

Patient shared You see
Readings Readings, charts, alerts; you can set their thresholds and request readings
Reports Their reports and the values from them; you can upload and confirm a report for them
Predictions Risk flags and model estimates to review, confirm, reject or share
Medicines Their medicines, refills, medicine suggestions; you can write prescriptions

The patient can change or stop your access at any time; the patient then disappears from your list. Every time you open a patient's record it is written in their access log, which they can read — open records only for patients you are treating.

Notifications

Choose how you hear about alerts and messages: app push, SMS and / or email (independent doctors), or Hayat notifications (hospital doctors). Notifications never contain the patient's name or values — sign in to see them.

Your responsibilities

  • Patients are told that alerts reach you but you may not answer at once, and that in an emergency they must call 1122.
  • Keep your phone number and notification choices up to date.
  • Do not share your sign-in. If your phone is lost, tell the Hayat team (independent doctors) or your hospital admin.
